Rebecca practiced in New Zealand at Kensington Swan in Auckland for a number of years prior to setting up Employment Fix. She has 10 years experience in NZ employment law and has six years experience in Australian Law with clients that have business interests in both countries.
Sarah, who has now taken over the business, is based in New Zealand. She practiced in Auckland for a number of years before moving to Tauranga, where she ran her own business for five years. Sarah has the advantage of a legal background with practical business knowledge, so she understands first-hand the demands and requirements of businesses when dealing with legal issues.
Employment Fix has a thorough understanding of legal principles within a framework of strong ethical values and has the ability to apply this in a commercial environment in a pragmatic way. Employment Fix aims to minimise the risk of legal cost through proactive management rather than just minimising cost.
We have clients all over New Zealand, and we act predominantly for employers.
Sarah is an Associate member of the Arbirtators’ & Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Inc. Sarah is halfway through completing a Massey University Graduate Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Dispute Resolution.
